Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription terms

Zarox paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout) through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing area of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund eligibility

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rated or full refund in cases such as a confirmed service fault.

4. How to request a refund
